Alexandra runs workshops for companies and organisations to enhance the wellbeing of employers and employees! Workshops can run as a one off lunchtime activity or team building exercise day, to a regular weekly appointment to encourage the workforce to take part in activities to relieve work related stress and anxiety and in doing so, improve focus and enhance performance.
